Download your FREE Version of Degei for Windows: 

    You can use the software free for as long as you like with limited functionality.  If you like it, license your copy and unlock the extended features of the program. 

Instructions for FREE version:

The file provided for download is a self-extracting executable for Windows. 

Click the download link to begin the process.  Select "Save to disk" when prompted.  (Degei recommends that you save the file to your desktop if you are not sure where to save the file to.)

Once the file (setup.exe) has downloaded successfully, execute it and follow the on-screen instructions.  When setup completes, please reboot your pc.  Once the reboot is complete, you may delete the setup.exe file.

New Users:
Download the Degei Free Version 4.x setup file and execute the install program. After the installation is finished, please reboot your computer. Windows will not request that you reboot, but it is important that you reboot the system anyway in order for the program to initialize properly. Once the computer has rebooted, you may run Degei. The Free Version of Degei Version 4.x has no expiration on its use, however, there is a 5 record limit on animal master records. This means that you may use the software free as long as you like to track up to 5 animals with an unlimited number of activity records. The free version is also limited to certain core features of the Degei software.

Please note that support for all versions of Degei prior to Degei Version 4.x will cease on May 1, 2008.  Please visit the on line help system for more current information and explanations of screens and fields.

Attention Windows Vista USERS:

You must install to a custom location.  Do NOT install to C:\program files\Degei4\

Select a location such as C:\Degei4\
